Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.

Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Your order qualifies if it has:

  • Print error(s)
  • Damage
  • Overall quality issues

Your order doesn't qualify if you ordered:

  • The wrong size
  • The wrong color
  • The wrong design

 

CANCELLATIONS & CORRECTIONS

You can cancel or edit your order if:

  • It hasn't gone into production yet.

Once in production, cancellations or edits aren't possible.

 

CUSTOMS & TAXES

If you're outside the US, additional fees may apply to your order. These vary by location and aren't predetermined due to global printing locations.

 

DETAILED INFORMATION

If there's a print error or quality issue, we will replace or refund it. Provide clear photos of issues on a well-lit, flat surface for a speedy resolution.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You could cancel your order before it goes into production. After production, you could only request replacement or refund if it is quality related issue. Please report quality issues within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES

Include photos showing the issue for a faster resolution.

 

REFUND POLICY

PayPal refunds reflect within 24 business hours. Credit/debit card refunds appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

 

ADDITIONAL TAXES 

International orders may incur import taxes and customs charges. Contact your local customs office for details.
